Mandala is a symbol of wholeness, a theory and practice of whole self realization, how you are appearing to be to yourself in the moment of creation and in relationship with all of life contexts. Where you are, where are coming from and where you are seemingly going and how your presence state influences your showing-up.
Whole is a structure of consciousness and you are whole consciousness since birth. You have both individual and collective poles in your consciousness which return to unity as you evolve. We loose the sense of this as awareness awakens to recognize itself and becomes repeatedly more aware over time. The soulful journey that started from wholeness, returns to wholeness and that movement towards the whole we call life and we end-up in our spiritual home when uniting consciousness.
Life is the playground of all consciousnesses to bridge and investigate our interiors and exteriors and through that pathless path we participate with to unite with awareness again and again through 4 ways of development: growing, cleaning, awakening and showing up.
The essence of my work is presented in the form, practice and path of mandala. I want to teach a of consciousness navigation system conscious practitioners helping them to use the instruments to generate healing, integration and paradigmatic shifts in their environments, from the moment and uniting all the poles, perspectives, and shadows from the past and future into observable and work-able relationship in the moment. The mandala is a paradigm shift process itself. Leading a paradigm shift outside requires becoming aware of the process within, living and being it.

Internalizing what is seen, becomes your integrated interior and a creation instrument
The transformative path of personal and collective evolution is presented the form of mandala practice and philosophy. I recommend seeing the mandala as a ball of 3 dimensions and the 4th one unites time in it and the 5th and 6th arise beyond it. This means taking an interior perspective of the pattern of awareness presented by the 4 quadrants of the Ken Wilber’s AQAL model. Ken's model is an exterior view, a purified perspective of what really is seen. First, we start seeing development in the quadrants from outside, eventually when reflecting and meditating on it, it becomes more flexible, interior experience and a fluent dynamical relational system, arising and falling leading you to whole self realization and your own meaning creation every moment. If you only take the theory or any experience for granted, you won't find out what the essence of it really is. For this ignorance, we need deeper and nuanced relationship to what we see and experience to unite the gap between our sense organs, experience and the actual reality.
Terri O’Fallon’s STAGES theory and research is made above AQAL model to help us navigate the awareness-based pattern of how the states turn to more stable stages of being and doing through our inter-subjective reflections and initiations in life. The process is also growing up and awakening our awareness repeatedly over time and the structure of holistic system of evolution, keeps us on a regenerative track of development even when we might be just beginners. Structures and awareness-based process make a difference.
My mandalas are interior views on oneself, what you are seeing, what meaning you give to your seeing and over time you also learn to assess your own moment of evolution by looking back at your mandala creations and/or life. Eventually you learn to understand how the AQAL became what it is and how your awareness also has awakened to see itself in new dimensions. My quadrants are not the same, as in AQAL, while all are covered. It's a creative play to unite senses and experiences to give meaning, dissolve and integrate meaning and making any exterior curiosity and integrated interior one.

What you see is what you already have seen, what you have seen is who you are. You are the one watching the reflections and experiences in the mandala. That is the invisible growing into your conscious awareness gradually and over time and practice. The time it takes depends on the how fast you integrate and update your seeing-process, dissolve, inquire, meditate or have a dialectical inter-relational discussion with your reflected contents, parts, processes and learn see the wholeness of what you experience and witness together. This journey brings whole self realization and transformation of consciousness, and evolution of conscious awareness on how to facilitate the paradigm shifts inside and outside.
Primary relationships become transformative awareness
Through our initial relationship to caregivers and the learned relationship to the world "out there", we relate to ourselves and other people over life time and keep on working on these conscious or unconscious relationships through. Some call it therapy, others meditation, development or life. In addition to those, I call it a journey towards your spiritual home. Carl Jung said that the individuation of the mankind is about becoming more psychological. That is correct with less need for therapy, if people had access to self-other-SELF healing practices and ability internalize that self without years of relying on unhelpful belief-systems or teachings, which can limit your realizations. Shadow is the structure to unlock the transformational gifts.
From just upward evolution to a dynamical 4 quadratic presence awareness based process evolution
From just "improving oneself" continuously, as the Western mindset has grown up to believe continuously, we take more deeply meditative (notice I have different meaning to word meditation) and creative relationship to ourselves, the others and the world-perspectives. Incompleteness is part of becoming, curiosity and not a problem to bypass the shadows and looking at the other way. We work on our whole presence to be able face the shadows, conflicts and unknown situations, and uncertainty with confidence, safety, acceptance, unconditional love and appreciation from presence. The mandala practice allows you to give and receive to interrelate with your consciousness contents and structures consciously and re-framing and re-visioning the meaning you give to your experience and realizations repeatedly. You update the presence awareness evolving and dissolving the identities for the unified whole consciousness.
The Wholeness Quest programs are not just about internalizing interior processes to lead a paradigm shift, which the becoming relates to, but also taking own deeper responsibility with persevere and patient practice of own "otherness", liberating oneself from the mind-based suffering and surrendering to deeper and deeper truths of existence for the collective whole.
Some main orientations with the mandala practice
We awaken the innate wisdom to reconcile unconscious ignorance of human nature.
Most people try to manifest their truth unconsciously without really becoming one with their inside and what they try to create outside. This is the greatest challenge of the path, to clarify vision to realize the mission and transforming that to a conscious business and yet, putting effort to follow through emergence.
